Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom drilled orders, Custom painted wheels, Special order wheels, Built-to-suit wheels, ANY other wheel(s) that did not originate from our facility within the 24-48 hour shopping point – cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Any wheel and/or tire that has been pre-mounted on to a tire/wheel or car
  • Contact us for any other specific policy.

To complete your return, we will require a RMA assigned by us. Any return that is not accompanied by such RMA/RGA # will not be accepted and will be your responsibility to ship back to you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

You will receive a refund according to the terms and conditions that were agreed upon. Refunds are usually issued same day, and can take 2-5 business days as per your financial institution. Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method.

Sale items

ALL sale items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact your sales adviser for more details, or email sales@ballerzincwheelsandtires.com

 

 

Shipping returns

For returns, the customer is fully responsible to ship the item(s) back to us. We will NOT provide shipping UNLESS it is an issue caused by us.

Warranty item – You are responsible to ship the item(s) back to us AND back to you. We are only facilitating the warranty process. If help is needed, contact the manufacturer for their pre-paid shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
